It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Brian Rhodes (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on March 20, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Anne Henderson Rhodes; his grandparents, Elder Frederick W. Rhodes, Lila Mae Thomas Rhodes, Jesse and Gladys O'Briant Henderson; and his uncles, Stuart Gordon Henderson (Charlotte Doak Henderson) and Harold David Henderson.
He is survived by: his father Frederick Rhodes, Jr.; his wife Gale P. Rhodes; his children, William Andrew Rhodes (Leslie) of Hampstead, NC and Elizabeth Caroline Rhodes (Payton Inman) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Cyrus Rhodes and Cora Rhodes; and his cousins, Joan Henderson of Durham and Jessica Isaacs (Steve) of Raleigh, NC.
