He is survived by: his wife Polli Elliott; his children, Gerald "Jerry" D. Elliott, Jr. (Michelle) and Dana Elliott Jones (Troy); his brothers, Bobby R. Elliott and Glenn Elliott (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Chandler Keever (Adam), Chase Elliott (Mackenzie), Sophia Jones and Madison Jones.
