He is survived by: his wife Jackie Fowler Williams; his son Gerald P. Williams II (Chance Smith); his brother James Robert Williams (Betsy); and his in-laws, Ann Vaughn (Steve), Curtis Fowler (Joyce), Tim Fowler (Rosemary) and Gary Fowler (Sonya). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
