He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Manning Fulcher; his wife Kathy M. Fulcher; and his sister Betsy Fulcher Edwards. He is survived by: his sister Mary Alice Fulcher Williams of Durham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with many wonderful friends.
