He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stinson Williams, Sr. and Margaret Linda Channels Williams; and his grandparents, Albert, Hannah Williams, Edward and Ella Channels.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Frances Williams; his daughters, Jennifer Margaret Williams and Victoria Ann Williams (Samuel Edward Roadman); his grandchildren, Carter James and Vivianne Emerson Roadman; and his brother Gary Bruce Williams (Edith Louise). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
