She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett McKinley Parker and Florence Melvina Ashe Parker; her husband Kenneth Hubert Tolley; her sons, David Tolley and Steve Tolley; and her siblings, Arthur Ray Parker, Andy Glenn Parker, Marvin Parker, Dorothy Parker Lance and Clara Dean Parker Aiken.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Tolley and Donald Tolley (Kym); her grandchildren, Jackie Tolley Belk (Rick), Michael Tolley (Megan), Elliott Tolley (Lillian) and Ryan Tolley (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Richie, Max, Penn of Luke, JW, Adrien, Ben and Beck.
