She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Foreman and Grace Holmes Foreman; her husband Jimmy Lamm; and her siblings, Helen Shirley, James Foreman, Jr. and Paul Foreman.
She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Foreman and Curtis Foreman; her brother-in-law Benjamin Shirley; her siblings' children, Anne, Kay, Jo, Tommy, Holmes and John; and her caregivers, Linda Humphrey, Agnes Hill, Jeanna Joint, Tyesha Lovely, Cathy Phelps and Terri Bachota.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Transitions LifeCare: 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
