It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Crews of Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Lloyd and Esther Lloyd; and her siblings, Bobby Lloyd, Billy Lloyd, Peggy Rhyder, Lynda Jones and Nancy Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Crews; and her children, Kathy Holland Vanessa (Ken), Teressa Gramer (Glenn), Gene Vaughn (Joan) and Larry Vaughan. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clements Funeral Home (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clements Funeral Chapel (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705).
