He was predeceased by: his father Horace Lee; his wife Phyllis Barnett Gaddy; his daughter Judy Carol Glenn; and his brother James Edward Gaddy. He is survived by: his children, Marquita Gaddy Brogdon (James) of Durham, NC and William Nathaniel Gaddy (Sonya) of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Roberta Gaddy-Brown of Winston-Salem, NC, Mary Gaddy-Gaskins (Archie) of Charlotte, NC and Henry Gaddy (Rachel) of Fayetteville, NC; his father-in-law Charlie Barnett (Tene) of Roxboro, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Morris of Roxboro and Charlie Barnett of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other additional loving relatives and friends.
