He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Chester Yeargan and Dorothy P. Yeargan Ellis; and his brother Ray Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Yeargan; his children, Bryan Yeargan (Liesa), Carla Gaskins (Richard) and Rebecca Baldwin (Michael); his grandchildren, Chelsea Painter (Kevin), Jessica Evans (Michael), Richard Gaskin II, Butch Gaskins, Aaden Baldwin and Hayes Baldwin; and his great grandchildren, Keith Painter, Eliza Painter, Alice Painter and Caden Evans.
