She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Cobb and Bernice Cobb; her daughter Vickie Lynn Modlin (Tracy Cox); her granddaughters, Tami Mignon (Pat) and Terri Ackerman; her great grandchildren, Courtney Thompson, Emily Robertson, Max, Addison Davis, Jacob Mignon, Ardin, Abbie and Grayson Ackerman of St. Augustine, FL.; her great great grandchildren, Aizaya and Azura Sanks of Gainesville, GA.; her siblings, Doris Mizelle of Myrtle Beach, SC and Milford Cobb (Mary) of Suffolk, VA; and her husband Horace W. Modlin.
