She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frances Burnell and Gertrude Norma McWhorter; her husband Frank Elbridge Brainard; her grandchildren, Hannah Joy Van Vleet (David Van Vleet), Jonathan Brainard White, David Josiah Brainard and Benjamin Daniel Brainard; her great grandchild Madeleine Kay Van Vleet; and her siblings, Frank McWhorter (Carol) and Mary Canfield (Wally Canfield).
