He was predeceased by: his parents, James McAllister and Helen McAllister (Kotch); and his daughter Maureen Erin McAllister. He is survived by: his wife Mary Odenwalder McAllister; his children, Michele Crouse (David) of Austin, TX, Jacque McAllister, Jr. (Penelope) of Wilmington, James McAllister of Hillsborough and Mary Ann Dennis (Blaine) of Little River, SC; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jack Crouse, Taylor Reinken, Rachel Smith and T. J. Dennis; and his great grandchild James Oldenwalder.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (1001 Mason Rd, Durham, NC 27712). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery (1001 Mason Rd, Durham, NC 27712).
