He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Ervin and Mary Mullahey Pendergrass; and his brother George Ervin Pendergrass. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Pendergrass, Mary Sochacki (Walton), Carol Wheeless (Clifford) and John Pendergrass (Jane); his nephews, Michael, David, Luke and John; and his niece Mary Jeannette.
