He is survived by: his wife Marcy Lade (Stutzman); his daughters, Aubrey and Kendall; his parents, Tracy Lade (Chris Derr) and Eric Lade (Linda Lade); and his brother Toph Lade (Lisa Patti). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Never one to shy away from bold moves, James once again followed his instinct during a short COVID-era getaway.
