He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edwin Lewis and Essie Foust Lewis; and his siblings, Doris Ann Lewis, Brenda Carlene Lewis, John Lee Lewis, Richard Waymon Lewis, Bobby Lee Lewis and Darrell McDermitt "Mack" Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walker Lewis; and his daughters, Krista Lewis, Erica Lewis Bland (Roland) and Angela Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
