He is survived by: his wife Jill Hanson; his sons, Tyler Hanson (Kerri) of Richmond, VA and Travis Hanson of Raleigh, NC; and his brothers, Bryce Hanson (Shelby), Eric Hanson (Barbara) of Ashburn, VA, Richard Hanson of Woodbridge, VA, Robert Hanson of Alexandria, VA, Kevin Hanson of Woodbridge, VA and Donald Hanson (Jamie) of Fredericksburg, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
