He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edgar McGilvary and Barbara Jean Brummitt McGilvary; and his sister Muriel McGilvary Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bethel McGilvary; his children, Evan W. McGilvary (Sergio), Randy W. McGilvary (Jennifer) and Celeste M. Humphries (Logan); his grandson Sebastian T. Humphries; and his sister Bobetta M. Waynick. He is also survived by extended family members including an aunt and uncle, cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
