He was predeceased by: his father James Rudolph (Jim); his grandparents, Leland, Annette Holmes, Joseph and Helen Rudolph; and his pet Maggie.
He is survived by: his mother Sarah Rudolph (Sally); his wife Michelle; his pet Abby; and his brothers, Leland and James Carver. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
