She was predeceased by: her husband James Jackson Watkins; her daughter Sara Ann Moylan; and her siblings, Dorothy Wagoner, Martha Smith, John Mann and Kent Mann.
She is survived by: her sister Sara Mann; her daughters, Nancy Watkins (Mike Mason) and Mary Kelly (Rich Kelly); her son-in-law Bob Moylan; her grandchildren, Jamey, Robby Moylan, Whitney Simpson, Brad Simpson, Martha Kiem, Jeb, Matt and Tom Kelly; and her close friend Jodie Lee. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
