He is survived by: his mother Laura Hyatt Cook; his children, William Cook, Sarah Cook and Gracelyn Cook; his grandchildren, Hailee Cook and Dominicc Jenkins; his siblings, Bradley Charles Cook (Shelley) and Jennifer Lea Cook; his aunt Jan; his uncle Fred Robbins; his nephews, Brandon Cook, Jacob Cook and Jarad Cook; his great-nephew Calvin Charles Cook; and his great-niece Sophia Cook.
