It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Grandon Tew (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tew and Minnie Tew; his brother Jack Tew; and his siblings-in-law, Annette Tew and Sherman Canter.
He is survived by: his wife Idell Autry Tew; his son Grant Tew (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Julie (Andrew), Jamie and Geoffrey; his son Stephen Tew (Edith); his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Heather and Connor; and his sister Edna Tew Canter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
