With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Scott Kessinger in Durham, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas L. Kessinger, Bobetta L. Fougerousse and Norma McKinley. He is survived by: his children, Julianne K. (Julie), Roach (Jeff Patrick) of North Carolina and Jeffrey Scott Kessinger of Missouri; his brother Michael C. Kessinger (Donna) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Anthony Roach (Morgan) and Megan Shurlow (Kevin); and his stepgrandsons, Bradley Patrick, Christopher Patrick and Evan Patrick.
