We are sad to announce that, on August 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joan Sheila Peluso of Durham, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas J. Peluso. She is survived by: her children, John (Julie), Marjorie, Marie, Mike (MJ), Nora and Nicholas, Jr.; her grandchildren, Nikki (Kerry), Chris (Dawn), Brian (Manda), Michael (Nickie), Lisa (Matt), Thomas (Jessica), Jackie (Ricky) and Katelyn (Will); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Joseph, Cadence, Aria, Saylor, Charlotte, Keller, Kace and Nicky; and her mother Sheila Egan Platt.
Even throughout the pandemic, the "Pool Ladies" would bring lunch in their cars to a local park so they could chat and catch up with each other at a safe distance.
