He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Sparks (Keith), John W. Duey (Tricia) and Christine Coates (John); his grandchildren, Mitchell Sparks, Cody Sparks (Kayley), Keifer Sparks, Emily Duey, Avery Duey, Allison Duey, Rachel Coates and Alexander Coates (Jadah); and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Elianna and Meadow.
