He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Roger O'Donnell and Helen O'Donnell (Flavin); his stepmother Madeline (Sullivan); his siblings, Mary O'Meara (William) and Roger (Betty); his cousin Alice Daly (Paul); his sister-in-law Janet Montgomery; his brother Warren; his sister-in-law Margie Lewis; and his son-in-law Ralph Green.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Lewis of Arlington; his children, Helen Cella (Michael), Edward (Meg), Janet Green and James (Amanda); his cousin James Regan; and his brother-in-law Jay Montgomery. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
