It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Francis Steege (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Steege and Lucie Steege; his wife Rosilene Ziegler; his children, Sarah, Adam and Noah Steege; his daughters-in-law, Susannah Zietz and Stephanie Steege; his grandchildren, Ezra and Amelia Steege; his brother Ted Steege; his sister-in-law Eva Steege; his sister Rhoda Kriesel; and his brother-in-law John Fackler.
