He is survived by: his wife Celia; his sisters, Jylla Moore Foster and Maxine Moore-Allen (Lloyd); his sons, John Anthony, Richard Jermaine, Matthew Mark and Michael David (Elianna); and his grandsons, Ellison James and Callan Reese.
