He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Adams and Rosella Davis Adams of Putnam County. He is survived by: his wife Toni Siegrist; his sons, Derek of Durham, NC and Sean of Texas; his granddaughter Katya; his daughter-in-law Anya of Durham, NC; and his sister Margaret O'Donnell of California.
