He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Winstead and Mary Eunice Jackson Winstead; and his siblings, Brenda Ray, Emma Lou Woodard, Ellen Paynter, George Winstead and Lawrence Winstead.
He is survived by: his brother Adrian L. Winstead (Patricia) of Henderson; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Winstead and Christine Winstead of Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
