He was predeceased by: his parents, Zebedee Ferrell and Mary Francis Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Glinda Wamsley of Durham; his daughters, Pamela Young (Henry) of Apex, Casondra Williams (Elton) of Cary, Crystal Rhodes (Terrence) of Campbell and Ashley Horn (William) of McConnells; his grandchildren, Kevin Ferrell Ahart of North Carolina, Aaliyah Moore of Ohio, Isaiah Moore of Ohio, Maya Williams of North Carolina, Nyla Horn of Tuskegee, William Horn IV of South Carolina, Quinn Horn of South Carolina and Ava Horn of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Rayna Martin of Ohio and Kairo Martin of Ohio.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vinson Mortuary (711 N 5th St, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
