He was predeceased by: his parents, James McQuiller and Louise McQuiller; and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his children, Myrna Cooper Seabreeze (William) of Kannapolis, NC, Lisa McQuiller Bullock (Derrick) of Durham, NC, Joy Dixon, Angela Nunn of Durham, NC, Karone Blondin (Weaver) of Orlando, FL and Devlaming Peace, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Irving Cooper II, Derrick Isaiah Bullock, Lisa Dony, Deon Lamont Bullock and Corey Dixon of Durham, NC; and his uncle Willie Holloway of Durham, NC. He is also survived by nephews, family and friends.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
