She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Ferguson and Hattie Lee Carpenter; her husband Ira Eakes (Beau); her siblings, Clyde Ferguson and Bobbie Hall; and her son Michael Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Oakley (Lila), David Oakley (Kim), Melisa Waller (Mark), Vic Oakley (Andrea) and Douglas Sasser (Linda); her daughter-in-law Linda Oakley; and her grandchildren, Steven Oakley, Brandon Oakley, Bobby Oakley, Dwayne Oakley, Melinda Evans, Kirk Brown, Crystal Winders, Ryan Oakley, Rachael Oakley and Jennifer Sasser. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great – great grandchildren.
