She is survived by: her husband Clinton Staples; her son Jacob Staples; her parents, Randall Jackola (Jo Ann) and Twila Hurley (Sonny); her siblings, Daniel Jackola (Kara), David Jackola (Jennifer), Jeremiah Jackola, Dale Carthen, Jonathan Jackola, Lori Jackola and Lisa Cooley (Keith); and her stepbrother Keaton Mann. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 1 great niece.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Bahama Baptist Church, online at Bahama Baptist Church or to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, online at Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
