He is survived by: his wife Nancy Christina Navarro; his children, Sophia Georgette Navarro (Steven Taylor), William Navarro and Justino Navarro Jr. (Marta Colon); and his brother Bienvenido Navarro. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
