It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurence Stephen Simon of Durham, North Carolina, born in Long Beach, New York, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Muriel and Morty; his brother Jay; and his granddaughter Marlowe. He is survived by : his wife Ann Goldberg; his sons, Daniel (Jill), Scott (Stacey) and Jeremy (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Asher, Jacob and Lila.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at the Brown-Wynne (1701 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609).

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to any charitable cause important to you or Larry, such as the Michael J. Fox Foundation or Transitions Life Care.
