He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Sr. Newcomb and Mary Elizabeth Humphries Newcomb; his daughter Brenda Gregory; and his siblings, Wiley Newcomb, Jr., Ed Newcomb, Bob Newcomb, Jerry Newcomb and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Gary Newcomb (Ginger Blackwell) and Carol Foster; his sister Alice Faye Land; his grandchildren, Stephen Foster (Anna), Andrew Foster (Adrienne), Stefanie Appel (Michael), Kyle Gregory (Lauren), Austin Newcomb (Ashley) and Michael Newcomb; his great grandchildren, Tanner Foster, Amelia Foster, Alyssa Foster, Asher Foster, Tayler Meredith, Makayla Appel, Billy Appel, Rhett Appel, Tyler Gregory, Jackson Gregory, Milani Newcomb and Jackson Newcomb; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Newcomb and Margie Newcomb. He is also survived by two daughters and a son before their family.
