She is survived by: her husband Dale Ellis; her children, Brian Ellis (Emily) and Melissa Weaver (Kris Clayton); her grandchildren, Grayson Weaver, Wade Ellis and Emma Ellis; and her siblings, Judy Mayes Smith, Vicky Cates Everheart, John Ed Mayes and James Mayes.
