It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Williams Fogleman of Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowland F. Williams, Sr. and Gertrude Matthews Williams; her husband Rev. Jay A. Fogleman; her brother Rowland F. Williams, Jr.; and her son William N. Small.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Berrios-Smothers (Chad), Connie H. Small (Jennifer), Dr. Jay A. Fogleman, Jr. (Kathe), Joseph A. Fogleman and Dr. Kathleen C. Irwin; her sister-in-law Ann S. Williams; her grandchildren, Austin Berrios (Jessica), Braxton Berrios, Taylor Small, Baylee Small, Anders Fogleman (Toni), Sarah Fogleman, Garreth Irwin, Morgan Fogleman, Simmone Gagnon and Cecelia Gagnon; and her great grandchildren, Poppy Berrios, Ronin Irwin, Jonah Fogleman, Jayden Townsend and Kylie Townsend.
