He was predeceased by : his father James Chamberlain,; his wife Shirley Fowler Chamberlain; his daughter Sharon Chamberlain; his granddaughter Kacie Chamberlain; and his siblings, Shirley Cassidy, James Lee Chamberlain, Jr., Shuler Chamberlain, Claude Chamberlain and Billy Wayne Chamberlain.
He is survived by : his children, Michael Chamberlain, Mark Chamberlain, John Chamberlain (Lindsay) and Christi Todd; and his grandchildren, Brooke Chamberlain, J. T. Chamberlain and Gracie Colley.
