She was predeceased by: her father Willard Bagley; her husband John R. Horn; and her son David Horn. She is survived by: her sons, Bob Horn (Marion) and Richard Horn (Chris); her grandchildren, Mary-Charles Horn, Kathryn Horn, Doug Horn (Amanda) and Andrew Horn; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Horn and Landon Horn.
