She was predeceased by: her parents, Early Clyde Mims and Victoria Jones Lockamy; her husband Claude Edward Phipps; and her siblings, Jack Mims, Carl Mims, Dot Rhew, Bertie Wilkerson and Janet Currin.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Landry (Mike), Carolyn Neville (Alonza) and Kenneth Phipps (Miki Worley); her grandchildren, Stefani Neville, Christy Wynn (Bill), BJ Neville (Ashley), Matt Phipps (Heather), Heather Whitehead (Trey) and Jeffery Worley; her great grandchildren, Houston Huff (Mikala), Lane Huff (Micaela Camp), Kailey Neville Brown, Bri, Blake Phipps and Addyson Marie Neville; her great great grandchildren, Harper Danielle Huff, Christopher Jace Huff, Ava Landry Whitehead and Cade Michael Whitehead; and her brothers, Ricky Lockamy (Bennett) and Victor Lockamy.
