Though Marion may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her son John E. Miles; and her siblings, Prather Lunsford, Glennie Lunsford, Phyllis Bass, Elaine Short and Thelma Lunsford-Gray. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of extended family.
