With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Thompson Gibbs (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on September 7, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Grover Thompson; her husband George Calvin Gibbs; and her sister Margaret McKellar. She is survived by: her sister Gertrude Thompson Rich of Durham; her nieces, Gail Rich Smith (Don) of Durham, Joyce Marie Beasley (James) of Creedmoor and Linda Lazenby (Bill) of Arkansas; her great-niece Brandi Beasley; Chloe Beasley. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
