She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmas Gaston Wheeler and Nellie Francine Walker Wheeler; and her husband Richard Edwin Bullock. She is survived by: her sons, David O'Quinn (Jackie) and Mark O'Quinn; her grandchildren, Jared O'Quinn (McNeill), Jeremy O'Quinn, Rebecca O'Quinn and Ryan O'Quinn; and her great grandchildren, Avery O'Quinn and Huff O'Quinn.
