She was predeceased by: her parents, Dockery Gaston Wicker and Heloise Kesler Wicker; her husband Jack; and her siblings, Allen, Edward, Robert "Buck", John Wicker, Mary Lou Frazier and Constance Kay Wicker.

She is survived by: her son Jon Sean Wilson (Debra) of Wake Forest; her niece Doris "Ann" Wicker Warren (Michael) of Wake Forest; her great-niece Melondy McCaul Carranza-Sanchez (Rudy); her nieces, Linda Pendergraft of Holly Springs, NC and Brenda Mabini (Tony) of Holly Springs, NC; her great-nephews, Christopher and Dustin; Caelan, Killian, Michael and Elizabeth of Wendell. She is also survived by two great-great nieces and one great-great nephew.
