He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jackson Poole and Eloise Congleton Poole; his brother William Y. "Billy" Poole; his nephews, W. York Poole and C. York Poole; and his aunt Hortense Congleton.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Moore Poole; his daughters, Susan Poole Davidson (Mark) and Elizabeth Poole Miller (Andy); his grandsons, John and Brian Davidson; his niece Pam Porter; his siblings-in-law, Paul Moore (Susan), Adele Moore and Chris Moore; and his granddaughter Jennifer Folcher (Daniel).
