Thaggard Sr. and Jill Thaggard Best (Kevin); his nephews, Johnathan E. Thaggard Jr. and Dustin J. Thaggard; his parents-in-law, Talmage, Sandra Layton, Ron and Tracy Garrett; and also, Kristan, Anna and Thomas.
