He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Liverman Parker (Liverman); and his siblings, Larry Parker and Linda Parker Adams. He is survived by: his father Fred Parker; his wife Barbara Parker (Allen); his children, Shawn Allen, Donovan Tolliver, Michelle Allen and Sherika Allen; his siblings, Mary (Parker) Costen (Robert), Fred Parker, Dyrell Parker and Rubin Liverman; and his grandchildren, Hakeem Allen, Maalik Rogers, Preston Green, Ariel Tolliver, Miah Rogers, Ny'hir Allen and Olivia Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
