With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean James Paschall (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Allen and Lucille Smiley James; her son Anthony "Tony" Lopez; her former husband Wayne Hutchins; her husband Carl Paschall; her son Dana S. Lopez; and her brothers, Jimmie James, Charles James and Bobby James.
She is survived by: her children, Carlos James Lopez (Kathy) and Tonya L. Page (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Jeff Page (Kimberly), Kevin Duke (Missy), Chris Duke (Megan), Carla Hardiman (Seth) and Erika Gregory (David); her great grandchildren, Kylie Duke, Kodie Duke, Kiowa Duke, Brynn Duke, Wesley Gregory, Ryan Gregory, Maddox Hardiman and Keegan Hardiman; and her sisters-in-law, Yolanda James and Jeanette James. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
